The Club Med entrusted us to create a module for its sales force: at issue, fidelity system reform, the Great Members Program.
To make learning fun and stick to the Club Med positioning, the module is based on challenges to face. The user has to visit three “islands” to hope that you will be able to fight the “Big Boss” and scoop the pot. On the programme, notional contributions related to the basic theme.
One special feature for this module: we included “foolish games”. There are small breathing caps that allows to make the learners’ motivation increase through micro-challenges not necessary related to an educational goal. Result? More fun for more involvement! (By the way, we thank Club Med to have supported our ideas, sometimes crazy.)
